Our Rates
Mariner's Lookout Suite
Summer: $2950 per month, $1050 per week, or $160 nightly. 2 night min. double occupancy.
    Sleeps 1 - 4 guests, June 15-September 15.
    Additional sleeping accommodation for a fee can be arranged.

Winter: $950 per week, $150 nightly, or $2400 monthly for short term
    occupancy
    2 night minimum, double occupancy. Sleeps 1 - 4 guests,
    September 16-May 16.
​    Additional sleeping accommodation for a fee can be arranged.

Credit Card information is required upon acceptance of the rental agreement to hold the booking.

8% Provincial Sales Tax for stays less than 28 days.
Laundry facilities are available to guests staying one week or more.
We offer wifi and television with cable.
This is a smoke-free environment, smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the property.
​We are unable to lodge pets.
Check-in is generally 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. We do our best to accommodate if earlier or later arrival or departure is required.
There is a cleaning fee of $45 per stay.
We can welcome you in French or English.

​Etransfer or cash payment preferred, a 2.9% third party fee applies if paying with a credit card.

Cancellation Policy
We reserve the right to process the full balance of this booking up to one month prior to arrival or when we have declined a request from another guest for your reserved dates.
In the event that it is absolutely not possible for you to use your booking and we receive another confirmed booking during part or all of your booking, we will refund for that portion of your balance.
